FROM RALEIGH/CARY/RTP

Take I-40 west to exit 273A Hwy. West Chapel Hill. Stay in far right lane as you come up the exit on cloverleaf. Pass through 2 stoplights (2nd one is Farrington Rd.) Take 1st right after 2nd stoplight then take a hard right back up the service road which is Nelson Hwy. Central Dermatology is in first building on the left. Number 2238. Suite 100.

FROM HILLSBOROUGH/MEBANE/GREENSBORO

Take I-40 East to exit 273. At top of the exit ramp, take a right at the light and pass through the next stoplight which is Farrington Rd.. Take 1st right after Farrington Rd., then take a hard right back up the service road which is Nelson Hwy. Central Dermatology is in first building on left. Number 2238, Suite 100.

FROM SANFORD/PITTSBORO

Take Highway 15-501 North toward Chapel Hill.  Take exit for 15-501 North and 54 East TOGETHER toward Raleigh.  After less than a mile take a second exit for 54 East (15-501 North Continues toward Durham, 54 East goes toward Raleigh) Go 2.1 miles on 54 East and take a left across the divided highway at the BP Station. After taking the left, take a hard right back up the service road which is Nelson Highway. Central Dermatology is in the first building on the left. Number 2238, Suite 100.  If you pass Hardees or cross I-40, you've gone too far.

FROM SILER CITY

Take 64 East to Highway 15-501 North toward Chapel Hill. Take exit for 15-501 North and 54 East TOGETHER toward Raleigh. After less than a mile take a second exit for 54 East (15-501 North Continues toward Durham, 54 East goes toward Raleigh) Go 2.1 miles on 54 East and take a left across the divided highway at the BP Station. FROM THE PINEHURST AREA

Take US 1 North to Sanford.  In Sanford, take US 15-501 North to Chapel Hill. FROM I-85 IN NORTHERN DURHAM/CREEDMOOR/BUTNER

Take I-85 south to Highway 15-501 South to I-40 East.  Take I-40 East to exit 273. At top of the exit ramp, take a right at the light and pass through the next stoplight which is Farrington Rd.. FROM FAYETTEVILLE

Take I-95 North to I-40 West toward Raleigh.  Continue on I-40 to Chapel Hill.  Take Exit 273A for 54 West toward Chapel Hill.  Stay in the far right lane as you exit on the cloverleaf.  Pass through 2 traffic lights (2nd one is Farrington Road), you will see a Hardees on the left.  Take the first right after the stoplight then take a hard right back up the service which is Nelson Highway.  Central Dermatology is in first building on left. FROM CENTRAL DERMATOLOGY TO SANFORD OFFICE:

1. Start out going SOUTH on FARRINGTON RD toward NC-54 W/NELSON CHAPEL HILL HWY.
2. Turn LEFT onto NC-54/NELSON CHAPEL HILL HWY.
3. Merge onto I-40 E toward RALEIGH.
4. Take the NC-751 exit, EXIT 274, toward JORDAN LAKE.
5. Turn RIGHT onto NC-751/HOPE VALLEY RD. Continue to follow NC-751.
6. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto NEW HILL-OLIVE CHAPEL RD/NEW HILL OLIVE CHAPEL RD.
7. NEW HILL-OLIVE CHAPEL RD/NEW HILL OLIVE CHAPEL RD becomes NEW HILL HOLLEMAN RD/NEW HILL-HOLLEMAN RD.
8. Merge onto US-1 S toward SANFORD.
9. Take the US-421/NC-87 exit toward DUNN/GREENSBORO.
10. Turn RIGHT onto US-421/NC-87.
11. Turn LEFT onto BRAGG ST.
12. End at 1911 Bragg St Sanford, NC 27330

FROM FT. BRAGG TO SANFORD OFFICE:

1. Start out going NORTH on N BRAGG BLVD/NC-24 W/NC-87 N toward BROOK LN.
Continue to follow NC-87 N.
2. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto US-421/S HORNER BLVD/NC-87.
3. Keep RIGHT at the fork to go on S HORNER BLVD.
4. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto BRAGG ST.
5. End at 1911 Bragg St Sanford, NC 27330
